- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Milk Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 oz semisweet baking chocolate, melted
- 24 Oreo chocolate peanut butter sandwich cookies
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
- Combine cake mix, oil, 1/4 cup milk, and egg in a large bowl until smooth. Mix in the melted chocolate.
- Dip cookies in the remaining 1/4 cup milk and place one in each muffin cup. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of peanut butter on top of each cookie and cover with batter evenly in each cup.
- Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until the brownies are slightly set in the center. Let them cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to cooling racks. Serve warm, if preferred.
