Indulge in decadent chocolate and peanut butter brownies with rich brownie mix and creamy peanut butter cups, topped with a luscious peanut butter swirl.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (19.8 ounce) package brownie mix without nuts
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 (13 ounce) package miniature chocolate-covered peanut butter cups - unwrapped, chilled, and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, 2 eggs, and water in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Gently fold in chopped peanut butter cups.
  • Combine peanut butter, sugar, butter, flour, vanilla extract, and 1 egg in a bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until well combined. Spread half of the brownie batter into the baking dish. Spoon 1/4-cup dollops of the peanut butter mixture evenly on top. Pour the rest of the brownie batter over the dollops. Lightly swirl the peanut butter mixture into the brownie batter using a knife; be careful not to overmix.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool before serving.
