Decadent cocoa and milk chocolate brownies swirled with creamy peanut butter and cream cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whip up a luscious mixture of 2 cups of sugar and 3 eggs until nice and foamy. Add in the butter and vanilla. Mix in the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips. Set aside one cup of the batter, then spread the remaining batter onto the prepared pan.
  • Combine cream cheese, peanut butter, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 egg, and milk in a bowl until smooth. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate batter and then drop spoonfuls of chocolate batter on top. Swirl the batters together with a knife.
  • Bake at the specified temperature for 35 to 40 minutes until the brownies are firm when gently shaken. Allow them to cool entirely, then chill before slicing into bars.
