Whip up these no-bake peanut butter brownies for a decadent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 175g almond meal
  • 454g pkt medjool dates, seeded
  • 35g cacao powder
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 0.60 gm salt
  • 70g peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 20cm square brownie pan by greasing and lining it with baking paper, making sure the paper extends 5cm over 2 opposite edges.
  • Combine almond meal, dates, cacao, maple syrup, and salt in a food processor and blend until a smooth mixture forms.
  • Layer the date mixture and peanut butter in the prepared pan, creating an enticing swirl effect. Use a spoon to spread and level the top for a flawless finish.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour. Cut into 20 pieces before serving.
