Eggless cookie recipe created by friends, perfect for eating raw or chilled like fudge.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking environment.
  • Combine peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and optional eggs in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, brown sugar, flour, cocoa, and baking soda.
  • Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well before gently folding in the chocolate chips.
  • Spoon teaspoons of the mixture onto baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Indulge and savor every bite!
