Super smoothie ice lollies

Prepare a refreshing frozen fruit treat perfect for summer days.
Ingredients:
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 mug of fresh or frozen berries (150g)
  • 1 mug of milk (300ml)
  • 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey
  • 6 mint leaves
Instructions:
  • Peel the banana and blend it with berries, milk, yogurt, and honey until smooth. Add mint leaves and blend again. Pour the mixture into 8 ice lolly molds and insert a stick into each. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours until solid.
