Start your day with a tasty and healthy super green smoothie bowl.
Ingredients:
  • 2 peeled, sliced frozen bananas
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced, plus 1/2 kiwifruit, extra, to serve
  • 60g baby spinach
  • 20g chopped kale leaves
  • 20.00 gm almond butter
  • 20.00 ml chia seeds, plus 1/2 tsp, extra, to serve
  • 500ml (2 cups) So Good Cashew Unsweetened Milk
  • 4.40 gm unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 20.00 ml activated buckwheat (buckinis, see notes)
  • Handful of mixed berries
Instructions:
  • Add the banana, kiwifruit, spinach, kale, almond butter, chia seeds, and almond milk to a large blender. Blend until smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
  • Divide the smoothie mixture between 2 bowls. Slice the additional kiwifruit and use it to top the bowls along with coconut, buckinis, berries, and extra chia seeds.
