Post-workout smoothie packed with spinach, Greek yogurt, avocado, and berries for a refreshing and re-energizing treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (9 oz) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 container (6 oz) Greek Fat Free blueberry yogurt
  • 1 avocado half, pitted and peeled
  • 3/4 cup cranberry-blueberry juice
  • 1/2 cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic blueberries
Instructions:
  • Cook spinach in microwave according to package instructions, then refresh under cold water. Squeeze out excess liquid.
  • Combine 1/4 cup of cooked spinach with remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth. Store any extra spinach in the refrigerator for another recipe.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into 2 glasses and enjoy promptly.
