Wholesome green smoothie for a satisfying breakfast in a single glass.
Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 apple
  • 80 g baby spinach
  • 60 g porridge oats
  • 300 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Start by peeling the banana and adding it to a blender along with the apple (make sure to discard the core and stalk), spinach, oats, milk, and your favorite nut butter. Toss in a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth, adjusting the thickness by slowly adding splashes of water. Once you achieve your desired consistency, pour into large glasses or transfer into bottles and savor every sip.
