Try making some delicious mouse-shaped cookies for a fun and creative twist on traditional treats.
Ingredients:
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200g white chocolate
Instructions:
  • Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Allow it to cool slightly. Then, repeat the process with the white chocolate.
  • Fill half of the moulds with rich, velvety dark chocolate and the remaining half with creamy white chocolate. Chill for approximately 1 hour or until firm. Unmould the chocolates and embellish as you please before enjoying your beautiful creations.
