Indulge in a quick and heavenly microwave chocolate mug cake in just 1 minute. Perfect for slumber parties, after-school snacks, or dorm room cravings!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 1/3 cups from 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Angel Food Cake Mix
  • Water
  • 4 bars (4.25 oz each) Hershey’s® Special Dark® mildly sweet chocolate
Instructions:
  • Mix cake mixes in a gallon-size resealable bag by sealing it and shaking well until combined.
  • Prepare a microwave-safe mug by spraying it with cooking spray. Add 3 tablespoons of dry cake mixture to the mug followed by 2 tablespoons of water; stir until well combined. Place 3 chocolate bar rectangles on top of the batter in the mug. Microwave on High for 45 seconds to 1 minute until the cake is slightly moist on top. Be careful not to overcook to avoid a dry cake. Allow it to sit for 1 minute before serving. Serve by either flipping it onto a plate or enjoying it directly from the mug. Add whipped topping on top if desired.
