Irresistible combination of chocolate, peanut butter, candy, and pizza!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup Spanish peanuts
  • 1 bag (1.63 ounces) candy-coated peanut butter candies or M&M's® chocolate candies
  • 1 package (1.6 ounces) Reese's peanut butter cups (2 candies), cut up
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
  • 1 bag (10 ounces) peanut butter chips (1 2/3 cups)
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine brown sugar, butter, and egg in a medium bowl using a spoon. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt, then mix well. Press the dough into an ungreased 12-inch disposable pizza pan.
  • Bake the pizza until the edge is set, for about 10 to 12 minutes. Allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, gently warm the Peanut Butter Sauce ingredients over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until the mixture is melted and velvety. Pour the sauce over the cookie pizza, sprinkle with peanuts and candies, and finish off with a luscious drizzle of melted chocolate chips.
