No-Bake Chocolate-Peanut Butter Candy Bars

Indulgent treat with crunchy cookies, granola, peanuts, marshmallows, peanut butter, and chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 24 Oreo chocolate creme sandwich cookies
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1 bag (10 oz) peanut butter chips (1 2/3 cups)
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped honey-roasted peanuts
  • 4 Nature Valley™ peanut butter crunchy granola bars (2 pouches from 8.9-oz box), crushed
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish by lining the bottom and sides with foil, ensuring some foil hangs over 2 opposite sides. Spray the foil with cooking spray. Using a food processor with a metal blade, finely chop the cookies until they are finely ground.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, melt marshmallows and butter over gentle heat, stirring continuously until smooth. Mix in chopped cookies and 3/4 cup of chocolate chips until fully combined. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat milk and peanut butter chips on High for 30 seconds. Stir well. Continue to microwave for 30-60 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add peanut butter and mix until smooth. Fold in peanuts and crushed granola bars. Spread over the chocolate layer. If the peanut butter mixture begins to thicken, microwave uncovered on High for 15-30 seconds until warm and easily spreadable.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat up the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and oil in the microwave on High for 30 to 45 seconds until the chips are melted and smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate diagonally over the peanut butter layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the chocolate is set. To slice the bars, lift them out of the pan using the foil and cut into 8 rows by 4 rows. Store the bars covered in a cool place.
