Decadent homemade peanut butter cup with rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and graham cracker layers.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 0.75 cup dark chocolate
  • 0.75 cup milk chocolate
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 0.5 cup milk, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, confectioners' sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter in a bowl until fully incorporated. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.
  • Melt 3/4 cup dark chocolate, 3/4 cup milk chocolate, and 1/4 cup peanut butter in a double boiler until smooth, stirring occasionally. Spread over graham cracker layer in a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Gently melt 1 cup of dark chocolate with milk in a double boiler until smooth, about 3 to 5 minutes. Pour mixture over the chocolate-peanut butter layer and chill until firm, minimum 1 hour. Slice into squares before serving.
