Kids' favorite quick and easy recipe that's fun to make and delicious to eat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 sheets frozen ready-rolled shortcrust pastry
  • 130.00 gm smooth peanut butter
  • 24 dark chocolate melts
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced and grease two 12-hole mini muffin pans. 2. Use a 5.5cm round cutter to cut out 24 rounds from the pastry sheets, then press them into the pan holes. 3. Fill each pastry case with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.
  • Bake until pastry is golden, about 10 minutes. Top each tart with a chocolate melt and bake for another 2 minutes, until chocolate has melted. Transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly before serving.
