Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

Decadent frozen treat with whipped cream, condensed milk, peanut butter on ice cream sandwich base, topped with hot fudge and peanuts.
Ingredients:
  • 9 frozen ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 0.75 cup JIF® Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar Smucker's® Hot Fudge Topping
  • Cocktail peanuts
Instructions:
  • Whip cream and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently mix in sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Lay down the ice cream sandwiches in a 13 x 9-inch dish to create a single layer. Evenly spread the peanut butter mixture over the ice cream sandwiches. Cover and freeze for 4 to 6 hours until firm.
  • Cut into 12 squares, then generously drizzle with rich hot fudge topping and sprinkle with crunchy peanuts. Enjoy while warm.
