Quick and easy French chocolate custards, perfect for a luxurious date night at home. Sophisticated, rich, and perfectly portioned indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate chips (2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Sweetened whipped cream, if desired
  • Chocolate curls, if desired
Instructions:
  • Add chocolate chips, sugar, salt, and vanilla to blender.
  • Microwave whipping cream in a small bowl on High in 20-second intervals for 1 to 2 minutes until it just starts to boil. Transfer the hot cream to a blender, cover, and blend until smooth.
  • Divide the chocolate mixture evenly between 2 small dessert bowls. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until firm and chilled. Top with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate curls before serving.
