Decadent chocolate pumpkin cake with luscious cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) container cream cheese frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, and oil in a large bowl. Use a mixer on medium speed to mix for 3 minutes until well combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely for 30-45 minutes before serving.
  • Spread the cake with luscious cream cheese frosting once it has cooled.
