Indulgent Chocolate Pumpkin Bundt Cake, a simple Thanksgiving treat made with cake mix and pumpkin puree.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup oil
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a fluted tube pan by greasing and flouring it, such as a Bundt pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, water, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well blended. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
