Indulgent pumpkin chocolate chip Bundt cakes: the perfect finale for family dinners or holiday feasts.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1.5 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease 2 mini fluted Bundt® pans with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth using an electric mixer. Then, incorporate pumpkin puree until well blended.
  • Combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and ginger powder in a separate bowl. Add to the pumpkin mixture and gently fold in chocolate chips.
  • Transfer the batter into the pans that have been greased and lined.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
