Indulge in this irresistible, flavorful slice with a pleasant crunch!
Ingredients:
  • 150g self-raising flour
  • 75g plain flour
  • 90g rolled oats
  • 45g desiccated coconut
  • 115g caster sugar
  • 125g butter, melted
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 250g milk cooking chocolate, chopped
  • 41.60 gm peanut butter
  • 100g pkt fried noodles
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 160°C. Grease a 20cm x 30cm slab pan and line with non-stick baking paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flours, rolled oats, coconut, and sugar. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, and egg. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Press the mixture into a pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine milk chocolate and peanut butter. Microwave on medium/50% power, stirring every minute until fully melted. Gently stir in the noodles until they are almost coated.
  • While the chocolate noodles are still hot, evenly spread them over the base. Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into serving-sized pieces.
