Ingredients:
  • 150g milk chocolate
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 150g white chocolate
  • 750g large strawberries, washed, dried
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Break the milk chocolate into uniform pieces and place them in a heat-proof bowl.
  • Fill a saucepan one-third full with water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Place a heatproof bowl with chocolate over the saucepan, making sure it does not touch the water. Stir with a metal spoon until the chocolate is smooth.
  • 1. Dip one-third of the strawberries into rich, luscious chocolate, alternating between dark and white varieties. 2. Arrange the strawberries on a tray in a visually enticing pattern. 3. Chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate coating is perfectly set.
