Elevate brownie mix into delectable chocolate-glazed bites.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 6 oz semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
  • Betty Crocker™ chocolate candy sprinkles, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line 42 miniature muffin cups with mini paper baking cups. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with approximately 1 tablespoon of batter.
  • Bake for 19 to 21 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the edge of the brownie cup comes out clean. Avoid overbaking. Let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Heat whipping cream in a 1-quart saucepan over low heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted. Let it sit for about 15 minutes until it coats a spoon. Spoon 2 teaspoons of the chocolate mixture over each brownie cup and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Enjoy!
