Indulgent gluten-free brownies with creamy peanut butter truffle and decadent chocolate chip topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • Butter and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare and bake the brownie mix following the instructions on the box, using butter, eggs, and your chosen pan. Let it cool completely for about 1 hour before enjoying.
  • Combine filling ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the brownie base.
  • Microwave topping ingredients in a small bowl on High for 30 to 60 seconds. Stir until smooth, then let it cool for 10 minutes. Spread over filling and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set. Store covered in the refrigerator.
