Ingredients:
  • 1 box (19 oz) Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 60 Reese's peanut butter cups miniatures, unwrapped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line 24 mini muffin cups with mini paper baking cups.
  • Combine cookie mix, egg, butter, and vanilla in a large bowl using a spoon. Mix in peanut butter, then roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them in muffin cups.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until lightly browned. Press a peanut butter cup candy into the center of each cookie immediately. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough.
