Create gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix dessert bars for a mouthwatering treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (19 oz) Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan) and lightly grease the bottom of an (8- or 9-inch) square pan.
  • Combine cookie mix, butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and egg in a medium bowl and mix until a soft dough forms (it will look crumbly). Press the dough into a pan and bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the edges are dry and golden brown. After baking, run a knife around the inside edge of the pan and let it cool on a wire rack for about 1 hour.
  • Evenly frost bars and cut them into 16 squares.
