Create irresistible Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars by layering peanut butter and melted chocolate chips on top of a brownie mix base. Pure indulgence!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray or shortening. For easier cutting, line the pan with foil, then grease the foil on the bottom only. Follow the instructions on the box to make the brownies. Allow them to cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend the filling ingredients until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the brownie base.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat topping ingredients uncovered on High for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Let it cool for 10 minutes, then spread it over the filling. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set. Cut into 9 rows by 4 rows for brownies and store covered in the refrigerator.
