Kids will devour these irresistible sweet and crunchy hedgehogs.
Ingredients:
- 4 fresh dates
- 20.80 gm peanut butter
- 5.20 gm shredded coconut
Instructions:
- With a small, sharp knife, halve dates lengthways and remove the stones. Fill each date half with peanut butter. Spread coconut on a large plate. Dip each peanut-butter filled date half in coconut to coat. Place on a serving plate and repeat with the rest. Serve and enjoy!
