Chocolate-coated ice-cream cones

Enjoy guilt-free low-fat chocolate-covered ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 80g milk chocolate melts
  • 4 small scoops (about 50g each) 99 per cent fat-free vanilla ice-cream (Weight Watcher's brand)
  • 4 ice-cream cones
Instructions:
  • Melt the chocolate melts in a heatproof bowl placed over a saucepan with simmering water. Stir with a metal spoon until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool for 2-3 minutes. Note: You can also melt the chocolate in the microwave.
  • Scoop ice cream into cones. Kids, drizzle with melted chocolate using a spoon. Serve promptly.
