Indulgent turtle sundae filling in a chocolate-covered taco shell. Deliciously unique!
Ingredients:
  • 8 taco shells from 1 box (4.7 oz) Old El Paso™ Stand 'n Stuff Taco Shells (10 Count)
  • 1 bag (11.5 oz) milk chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ice cream topping
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (any variety)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F and warm taco shells according to package instructions. Place waxed paper on a cookie sheet.
  • Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe 1-quart bowl. Microwave on High for 1 minute. Stir the chocolate and continue microwaving for an additional 30 seconds until smooth when stirred.
  • Hold the taco shell by the bottom and use a butter knife or pastry brush to coat each shell, except for the outer bottom edge, with melted chocolate. Place the shells upright on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Scoop 1/2 cup of ice cream into each shell. Drizzle with caramel topping, chocolate topping, and nuts. Serve promptly.
