Indulgent chocolate cranberry treats made with light white whole wheat flour for a festive twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together soft butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix rolled oats, flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt in gradually. Fold in cranberries, white chocolate chips, and chocolate chips. Spoon rounded portions onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
