Chocolate-Hazelnut Marble Cake Scones

Indulgent hazelnut chocolate chip scones, ideal for brunch or tea.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 6 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 0.66666668653488 cup So Delicious® Dairy Free Hazelnut Coconut Milk Creamer
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Add vegan butter and mix with your hands until the mixture forms pea-sized crumbs. Gently mix in chocolate chips and creamer until just moistened. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface, press together to form a ball, and pat into a 2-inch thick, 6-inch diameter circle.
  • Allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. Slice into 8 wedges and generously sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of sugar.
  • Bake until the top turns golden, then let it cool briefly before cutting into wedges.
