Delicious and untested member recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 1 packet Milk Arrowroot Biscuits, crushed
  • 1 packet slivered almonds, lightly toasted
  • 120g butter
  • 53.60 gm golden syrup
  • 241.88 gm condensed milk
  • 60g copha
  • 1 large block Hazelnut Chocolate
Instructions:
  • Mix biscuits and almonds together in a spacious bowl.
  • Slowly melt butter in a saucepan, then stir in golden syrup and condensed milk. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes until fully combined.
  • Combine the butter mixture with the biscuits and almonds, mix thoroughly, and press into a lined lamington tin. Chill in the fridge while preparing the topping.
  • Combine the copha and chocolate until smooth, then pour the mixture over the base. Chill in the fridge until firm.
