Indulgent chocolate dessert with crunchy crust and topping, creamy filling, perfect for a crowd.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup firm butter or margarine
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 1 package (10.5 oz) miniature marshmallows (5 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine nut crunch ingredients in a medium bowl. Use a pastry blender or 2 table knives to cut in butter until crumbly. Mix in walnuts. Spread mixture in an ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • In a 3-quart saucepan, gently melt chocolate chips, marshmallows, and milk on low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly when spooned.
  • In a large chilled bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream, then fold in 2 cups of the nut crunch until well combined.
  • Spread 1 cup of nut crunch in a 13x9-inch pan without greasing it. Gently spread the chocolate-cream mixture over the crunch. Sprinkle about 1 cup of the remaining crunch on top. Cover and refrigerate until set, for at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
