Chocolate Butter-Crunch Bark

Impress a crowd with this decadent chocolate and nut bark - a crunchy and satisfying dessert option.
Ingredients:
  • 3 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 bars (2.1 oz each ) Butterfinger™ candy bars, chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with waxed paper. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips uncovered on High for about 2 minutes, pausing to stir once, until the chips are melted and smooth. Add in peanuts and peanut butter, and mix well.
  • Spread the chocolate mixture on a cookie sheet to a 1/4-inch thickness. Sprinkle chopped candy bars on top and gently press them in. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then break into 2-inch pieces.
