Create irresistible Halloween treats by folding crispy rice chocolate bars into peanut butter oatmeal cookie dough.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 8 mini crisped rice chocolate bars (such as Nestle® Crunch bar), roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Cream together butter and peanut butter using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Incorporate brown sugar and white sugar. Mix in egg and vanilla until smooth.
  • Combine oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Mix into the creamed butter mixture until just combined. Gently fold in chocolate bars. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Place in the oven already heated until edges turn golden brown, for about 8-10 minutes.
