Delicious breakfast cookies made with three cereals for a satisfying treat anytime of day!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal
  • 1 cup Reese's Puffs® cereal
  • 1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios™ cereal
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine cookie mix, oil, water, and egg in a large bowl, stirring until a soft dough forms. Mix in the cereals.
  • Spoon dough onto a greased cookie sheet, shaping it with a rounded measuring tablespoon about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake until golden brown, for 9 to 11 minutes. Allow to cool for 1 minute, then transfer from the cookie sheet to a cooling rack.
