Chocolate-Peanut Butter-Oat Christmas Cookies

Whip up delightful jumbo cookies for Santa using a convenient cookie mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups red and green candy-coated milk chocolate candies
  • M&M's® chocolate candies red and green
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until a soft dough forms, then mix in the candies.
  • Drop generous heaps of dough, about 2 tablespoons worth, onto ungreased cookie sheets, keeping each cookie approximately 2 inches apart.
  • Bake until light golden brown, for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes, then transfer from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Allow to cool completely before storing in a covered container at room temperature.
