Chewy chocolate chip peanut butter oat cookies with a touch of cinnamon.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2.5 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease your cookie sheets.
  • In a big bowl, blend the butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in milk, cream, and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; mix into the creamy mixture. Fold in rolled oats and chocolate chips. Spoon rounded dollops onto prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, then let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
