Indulge guilt-free with these decadent vegan chocolate-tahini ice pops made with soy milk, avocado, vanilla, and stevia for a creamy, low-calorie treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 0.5 medium avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 (1 gram) packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
Instructions:
  • In a blender, mix soy milk, avocado, chocolate syrup, tahini, vanilla extract, and stevia until smooth. Pour the mixture into 4 ice pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.
