Elevate your holiday table with Christmas tree-shaped roast potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 12 chat potatoes
  • 6 sprigs rosemary (lower leaves removed)
Instructions:
  • Start by cooking the potatoes in a saucepan of cold water until they slightly yield when poked with a skewer. Drain, cool slightly, then toss with oil and sea salt in a bowl. Press down gently on each potato to flatten, stack one on top of another, and secure with a cocktail stick. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 190°C. Arrange the potatoes on a greased baking tray and bake for 10 minutes until they are crispy and golden. Swap out the cocktail sticks for fresh rosemary sprigs before serving.
