Whip up these delightful chunky candy bar cookies for a delicious way to enjoy your leftover Halloween sweets.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 20 (.3 ounce) miniature bars fun-sized candy bars, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a bowl and cream together. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the butter mixture. Beat in the vanilla extract until well combined. Gently fold in the candy pieces little by little.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
- Bake until cookies turn golden in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
