Chunky hummus dip

Delicious hummus dip, perfect for veggie sticks or toast.
Ingredients:
  • 800g canned chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 125ml lemon juice
  • 80ml olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 24.00 gm tahini*
  • Vegetable or taro chips*, to serve
  • Carrot sticks, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, tahini, and 2 tablespoons of water in a food processor. Pulse until a chunky puree forms. Enjoy with chips and carrot sticks.
