Serve this flavorful chunky salsa fresh for best taste, even more delicious when left to sit a few days.
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 cup corn kernels
  • 0.5 (14.5 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, celery, bell pepper, onion, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, corn, black beans, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Enjoy fresh or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
