Churro-inspired pancake tower with Bisquick and whipped cream layers.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions:
  • Whisk Pancake ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • Preheat griddle or skillet to 375°F. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray. Pour 1/3 cup batter per pancake onto the hot griddle. Cook for about 3 minutes until edges are dry and bubbles form. Flip and cook until golden brown. Recipe yields about 5 medium pancakes.
  • Combine sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl for a flavorful mixture.
  • Get started by laying down one pancake on a cake stand or plate. Brush the pancake with butter, then generously sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of the cinnamon sugar mix on top. Add a 1/4 cup of whipped cream on the pancake. Repeat this layering process with the rest of the pancakes. Finally, finish off with the remaining butter and cinnamon sugar.
