Make delicious cinnamon pear porridge for a family-friendly breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 25.00 gm rolled oats
  • 193.13 gm milk, plus extra to serve (extra 193.13 gm)
  • 1/4 poached pear, chopped
  • Blueberries, to serve
  • Ground cinnamon, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine the oats and milk in a saucepan and gently bring to a boil over low heat, stirring continuously.
  • Combine in the pears. Cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy. Remove from the heat. Garnish with blueberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
