Elevate your popcorn game with cinnamon-sugar sprinkled popped sorghum for a deliciously unique sweet snack.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons popping sorghum
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Place sorghum into a cozy brown paper bag, fold it closed, and microwave on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until most of the sorghum is popped. Then, transfer the popped sorghum to a bowl and generously drizzle with canola oil; add a sprinkle of sugar and cinnamon. Mix everything together until well coated.
