Flavorful citrus and spice turkey breast cutlets - simple and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 ounce) turkey cutlets
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 0.5 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Mix the cinnamon and garlic with a pinch of salt and pepper, then massage onto both sides of the turkey cutlets.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil until shimmering. Add seasoned cutlets and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and seared, but still pink inside. Transfer cutlets to a plate and cover to keep warm.
  • Combine orange juice and lemon juice in the pan, incorporating any stuck bits. Bring to a boil, then add the turkey back in. Simmer over medium heat until the liquid is reduced by half, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve cutlets with sauce spooned on top.
