Prep muesli night before for a nutritious, delicious breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients:
  • 50g (1 1/2 cups) rolled oats
  • 50g (1/2 cup) wheat germ
  • 80g (1/2 cup) sultanas
  • 5.20 gm shredded coconut
  • 250mls (1 cup) fresh orange juice
  • 100g soft tofu
  • 40.00 ml slivered almonds, toasted, to serve
  • Fresh fruit, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix oats, wheat germ, sultanas, coconut, and cinnamon until well combined. Blend orange juice, tofu, and honey in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture over the oats and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with almonds and top with fresh fruit before serving.
