Ingredients:
  • 300g fresh ricotta
  • 30.00 gm icing sugar, sifted
  • 1.88 gm ground cinnamon
  • 2.20 gm vanilla essence
  • 4 passionfruit, halved
  • 8 custard swirl biscuits (Unibic brand), to serve
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, use electric beaters to whip together the ricotta, icing sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla essence until smooth.
  • Spoon the ricotta mixture onto serving plates, pairing it with halved passionfruit and biscuits for a beautiful presentation.
